Choose a cake design and serving size, select your flavour, and provide your event date, occasion and pickup or delivery preference. Your selections will be prepared as a WhatsApp message. We’ll then confirm availability, final details and your quote.

Our 14 cake designs start from $150 for 10 dessert servings. Select any cake to view prices for 10, 15, 20 and 30 dessert servings. Prices include your chosen Classic flavour. Premium flavours are an additional $15. Personalised toppers and significant design changes are quoted separately.

Choose your cake size based on the total number of guests you expect to serve. For example, if you have 20 guests, we recommend ordering the 20-serving cake. If your guest count falls between two sizes, choose the next size up. Our estimates are based on standard dessert portions, so actual portions may vary slightly depending on how the cake is cut.

Yes. Tell us your preferred colours and share any inspiration when you enquire. Minor colour changes may be possible within the displayed price, while significant design changes, additional decorations and personalised toppers will be quoted separately.

Please enquire as early as possible, especially for weekends and popular dates. Your date is not reserved until your design and quote are confirmed and the booking deposit has been received. Short-notice orders may be accepted depending on availability.

Free pickup is available from Cheltenham. Limited delivery may be available within 10 km, subject to our schedule. Delivery starts from $30 within 5 km and $50 between 5 and 10 km. Delivery beyond 10 km is not normally available. The final fee depends on the address, timing and access requirements and will be confirmed before booking. Venue setup is quoted separately.

Eggless cakes are available on request. Please tell us about all dietary requirements and allergies when enquiring so we can advise which flavours and designs are suitable. Tammy’s Bakehouse is not an allergen-free kitchen, and ingredients containing common allergens—including gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts—may be handled in the same kitchen. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces or cross-contamination.

After we confirm availability, design details and the final quote, a 50% booking deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before pickup or delivery. Orders accepted within seven days of the event may require full payment. Your order is not confirmed and the date is not reserved until the required payment has been received.

Please contact us as early as possible. For cancellations made more than 14 days before the event, a refund or credit may be offered after deducting reasonable costs already incurred, such as personalised toppers, purchased decorations, ingredients or completed design work. For cancellations within 14 days, the 50% booking deposit may be retained to cover work, committed costs and reserved production time. Once production has commenced, any refund will be limited to amounts beyond the work and costs already committed. Date changes are subject to availability. If Tammy’s Bakehouse is unable to fulfil a confirmed order, payments will be refunded. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
